Do you have a young baker at home? Join us for 6 weeks of baking an business fun. Students from ages 9-16 will learn food science, baking, decorating, budgeting and entrepreneurship.

Campers and their families can choose to attend all 6 weeks or just a few. Each week consists of 2 sessions Wed 10a-3p and Thurs 10a-3p. Camp starts on Wednesday July 13, 2022.
Week 1: Theme Sugar Cookies Lesson: Introductions, Kitchen Procedures, Beginner Food Sanitation
Week 2: Theme Brownies Lesson: Entrepreneurship, Sustainability and repurposing food for profit
Week 3: Theme Fried Dough Lesson: Managing time in the kitchen, Food Science
Week 4: Theme Chocolate Chip Cookies Lesson: Bake sale strategies, Budgeting 101
Week 5: Theme Candy & Chocolate Lesson: Candy making and goal planning
Week 6: Theme Bake Sale Lesson: Running a bakery in real time
Supplies and equipment need for camp will be provided. Lunch will be served daily.

Once you sign up you will be sent a registration form to provide all personal and medical information regarding your baker as well as any food restrictions or allergies.
