Do you have a young baker at home? Join us for 3 weeks (6 sessions) of baking an decorating fun. Students from ages 7-16 will learn food science, baking and decorating.

Campers and their families can choose to attend all 3 (6 sessions) or just a few. Each week consists of 2 sessions Wed 10a-3p and Thurs 10a-3p. Camp starts on Wednesday July 10, 2024.
Week 1, Day 1: Candyland Session 1 Sugar Cookies Lesson: Introductions, Kitchen Procedures, Beginner Food Sanitation
Week 1, Day 2: Candyland Session 2 Cupcakes Lesson: Food science, Time Management
Week 2, Day 3: Surf's Up Session 3 Cake Lesson: Sustainability and repurposing food for profit
Week 2, Day 4: Surf's Up Session 4 Cake Pops Lesson: Budgeting and sale strategies
Week 3, Day 5: Into the Jungle Session 5 Fondant Lesson: Fondant making and goal planning
Week 3, Day 6: Into the Jungle Session 6 Sculpting Lesson: Candy making and goal planning
Supplies and equipment needed for camp will be provided. Lunch will be served daily.

Once you sign up you will be sent a registration form to provide all personal and medical information regarding your baker as well as any food restrictions or allergies.
