Snowflake Ornament Cookies (SUN Dec 17th)

No two snowflakes are ever alike. This class will teach you how to make unique snowflake ornament cookies that will wow your friends or customers!

 Make glamorous snowflakes cookies that can be hung from your tree

In this class you will learn:

• How to create study cookies with a hole for hanging
• How to thread and tie ribbons on cookies
• Correct royal icing consistencies
• Outlining and flooding
• Piping and patterns
• Mixing and painting edible gold paint

Chef Tatiana will demonstrate how to make the perfect royal icing and consistencies to create multi-layered 3-dimensional designs. 

All supplies are included. This is an intermediate class. Experience is helpful but not required. 

Ages 17+

Chef prepared hors d'oeuvres and beverages  (non-alcoholic) will be served.
