Challah bread that is. In this class we will learn the fundamentals of challah bread ,making and the technique for making these adorable pumpkin dinner rolls. Your holiday dinner guests are sure to be impressed with these on your table. 

 Students will learn"

• How to make challah dough
• How to create signature 'bumps' for pumpkin shape
• Plating to create a beautiful centerpiece
  

Students will package and take home their rolls

Recipes and video will be included to make rolls independently at home.
